- Is student work stored securely?
- All submissions live in a row-level-security-scoped database. Only the student and their teacher see them.
- Does the Learning Coach give away answers?
- No. The Coach is scoped to the assigned material and cannot reveal protected answers.
- How do reviewers approve lessons?
- Reviewers compare versions, confirm citations, and record an immutable audit event on approval.
- Where do the impact numbers come from?
- Every program-level KPI is derived from underlying records — approvals, assignments, submissions and audit events.
- Is Palette bilingual?
- Yes. English and French parity is a first-class product requirement, not a translation layer.
- Can teachers turn AI off per class?
- Yes. The AI copilot and Learning Coach can be disabled at the classroom level by teachers or admins.
